Warranty and Returns

All our products are designed and produced with great care and attention to detail, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, return them unused within 10 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange the product.

Goods are returned to Fortis Textiles at your expense, however if products are faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage.

Here’s what you do:

• Using a good carton, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or other parcel Carrier your choice.
• Email us at enquiry@fortistextiles.co.nz and let us know what is happening.
• Send return to: Fortis Textiles, 36 Byron Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023 New Zealand.
• Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit. Refund, or replacement.
• Once we have received the product we will assess the warranty claim(s) and contact you to arrange the best solution for you.
